how much difference can a day bring?

What difference can a day bring,
I am sitting amidst hundred,
At the center of the circle,
yet it feels so lonely,
People talking all aloud,
But silence prevails all over the place.

The world spins around me,
The white noise feels so dire,
I've got no place to rest,
I arrived in this country with zilch,
I have my world around,
Whole barren for me.

Will those days ever come back,
When the sun used to rise in the east,
Every tick of the clock,
Feels one more than an enduring dusk.
I dream of a day,I dream of a sun,
Its not real and is no fun.

I walk along the shore,
hoping for a wave to touch my feet,
A breeze to brush my perception,
And wake me off the eternal dream.
For my hopes are not beyond,
The realms of a possibility.

There will be an end to this day,
I am waiting for the tides to rise,
paving the way to a new beginning,
tomorrow is a different day,
I still cling to my hopes.
Afterall, how much difference can a day bring.
